ALPHA PHI OMEGA National College of Business and Arts was founded by APO Taytay Alumni Association
on February 24,1994. It was introduced By Brother Roel Bustarga in 1994. And finally given the chapter KAPPA KAPPA on May
01, 1997 at Teachers Camp Baguio City During the National Biennial Convention.

During the year 1999 the chapter had difficulties in
recruitment until they graduated and because of these reason non were left int he chapter from year 2001 to 2003.
In January 2004 Bro. Mansueto Lanic(Kappa Kappa
chapter), Bro. Jeri Fines (Iota chapter) and Bro. Ramoncito Viterbo (Kappa Kappa Chapter) recruit new residents
and conducted the final rites at Marikina City, from there the chapter were revived.
